Shipment Processing

• We serve selected cities in India. Please check if we deliver to your pin code on the shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
• Registered users can log in and track their orders from the order history section on the account login page.
• All users have the option to track their orders by clicking on track order

Shipment Delivery Time

We mention the approx delivery time based on your location pin code usually 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available in some areas, orders will take 1-2 weeks depending on the location and subject to service available by our logistic service providers.

Shipment Charges

• We are charging shipping charges for every order and these charges will depend on delivery location and product sizes.
• We are also offering free shipping for all orders above Rs.5000.
• Shipping charges will be calculated on the basis of product dimensions and delivery location.
